From the moment we checked in the service was excellent. Our bags where taken to our room. The room was was very clean and decorated really well with some nice touches, the water the selection of teas and coffee plus mini bar. We dined in the restaurant the food was amazing and so was the service. After dinner we went to the bar located beside the reception. It had a great quiet vibe to it which we loved. The service in the bar was exceptional and so was the dirty martinis that my partner was drinking. The lead bar man went above and beyond for everyone. We were to go out for a few drinks to other places, however we stayed the rest of the evening at the hotel bar it was that good. When we returned to our rooms the beds were turned down, with robes on top of the bed with a chocolate for both of us. Bed and pillows amazing. Breakfast was top notch again with great service. We highly recommend the Fitzwilliam to everyone. we will definitely be returning.

What a wonderful surprise when the concierge came to the table during our afternoon tea to announce our room was ready. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. We were made to feel very special on this surprise treat on our wedding day. All the extras including a valentine's card in the room, delivery of chocolates and water, even the candle by the bath, were delightful touches. The number of pillows, the fluffy robes and comfort of the room made us so at home. The restaurant staff were so helpful and facilitating. We absolutely loved our stay and would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the lovely staff at the Fitz.

Everything! The hotel is beautiful and in a brilliant location for exploring the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Had one minor issue with the lights (which on reflection I think may have been user error!) but there was no hesitation from staff to resolve this and it was done so quickly. I was so fortunate to also have my room upgraded at check in - no extra cost. The room was comfortable and spacious, and facilities were to a high standard. The turn down service was a first for me - I loved the little chocolates :) thank you!

The location of the hotel is probably the best one in the whole of Belfast. Everything that we wanted to see in the city centre was only a few hundred metres away, including the main central train station, and streets filled with bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and amenities were replenished every morning. The staff and the concierge would go out of your way to help you out, and even provided us with some great local tips of what we should do whilst in Belfast. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Room was very spacious and great view and location was very good to the event we were attending did not eat in hotel so cannot comment. Near to grand central station and shops. Conal at reception was very friendly and efficient check in was at 1pm when we arrived very pleased thankyou Conal and the housekeeping staff . Lady on housekeeping rota on our day from Nepal was so pleasant also. Room and bathroom was beautifully decorated.
