What a wonderful surprise when the concierge came to the table during our afternoon tea to announce our room was ready. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. We were made to feel very special on this surprise treat on our wedding day. All the extras including a valentine's card in the room, delivery of chocolates and water, even the candle by the bath, were delightful touches. The number of pillows, the fluffy robes and comfort of the room made us so at home. The restaurant staff were so helpful and facilitating. We absolutely loved our stay and would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the lovely staff at the Fitz.

The room was exceptional - nice and big - lovely decor and modern. Big bathroom with lovely powerful shower. Turn down service was a surprise and lovely. The meal was amazing - my husband was worried the portions would be small but they were great and tasted lovely too. Great value as we got the £30 2 course deal. The restaurant wasnt busy which is a shame as it is very good. Service was lovely and staff very friendly Location for central belfast great Have told colleagues Fitz should be the go to hotel to stay in in Belfast - much better that the Europa! Nice view from the room

Everything! The hotel is beautiful and in a brilliant location for exploring the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Had one minor issue with the lights (which on reflection I think may have been user error!) but there was no hesitation from staff to resolve this and it was done so quickly. I was so fortunate to also have my room upgraded at check in - no extra cost. The room was comfortable and spacious, and facilities were to a high standard. The turn down service was a first for me - I loved the little chocolates :) thank you!

The location of the hotel is probably the best one in the whole of Belfast. Everything that we wanted to see in the city centre was only a few hundred metres away, including the main central train station, and streets filled with bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and amenities were replenished every morning. The staff and the concierge would go out of your way to help you out, and even provided us with some great local tips of what we should do whilst in Belfast. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Room was very spacious and great view and location was very good to the event we were attending did not eat in hotel so cannot comment. Near to grand central station and shops. Conal at reception was very friendly and efficient check in was at 1pm when we arrived very pleased thankyou Conal and the housekeeping staff . Lady on housekeeping rota on our day from Nepal was so pleasant also. Room and bathroom was beautifully decorated.
